TASK LEVEL T4 BASIC SALARY R 144 829.68 – R 180 872.28 per annum
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Functional literacy or equivalent; iThe post requires the incumbent to be physically fit; Must be able to work in hot/humid conditions; At least 6 months’ relevant experience
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Performs routine work; Takes basic instruction; Performs digging, sweeping, lifting, packing, cleaning, tea- making, operating levers; and Performs basic implements. Keeps tools safe; and Stores tools. Understand signs; Fill in a timesheet and Follow a work-roster. Use tools safely; and Stores tools safely. Communicates basic instructions to peers; and Receive and understand instructions correctly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cut grass using ride-on mowers, lawnmowers and brush cutters; Ensure safe cutting procedures are adhered to and safety equipment is in good condition; Ensure that sufficient fuel, oil, and material is drawn to perform duties; Ensure safe keeping and storage of equipment in a secure place; Report to supervisor or safety representative regarding any incidents or accidents.
