Youth Employment Service is a partnership led by businesses that looks for novel approaches to reviving the economy and providing youth with a dignified first job opportunity through technological innovation and best practices.

Youth are provided with a quality 12-month work experience through the YES-4-Youth initiative, which will give them the skills and experience they need to be a beacon of hope for their families, households, and communities.

Youth can be put in a support’s own business or on the other hand, in the event that the support likes to reevaluate the situation, to a Host Site to work with their position.

After that, the youth will go to a variety of workshops that will show them new ways to integrate into the workforce and give them valuable work experience.

Each candidate who successfully completes the 12-month program receives a YES CV and reference letter at the conclusion of the program.

Corporates who support applicants through the Yes-4-Youth program not just contribute towards taking care of South Africa’s childhood joblessness issue, however can likewise further develop their B-BBEE rating by up to 2 levels.
