The Retail Readiness Programme (RRP) is a skills program that gives young people who have never worked before the fundamental skills they need to work in a retail environment.
The program includes five weeks of pragmatic preparation and fourteen days hypothesis.
After completing the program, successful participants receive NQF level 3 certifications.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATIONS:
Youth in South Africa between the ages of 18 and 34 who have never worked before.
A South African Matric or an identical capability.
YES PROGRAMME:
Youth Employment Services (YES) The Youth Employment Service is a business-led partnership between the government and labor that creates economic pathways for youth with the goal of lowering unemployment rates.
The program gives a year hands on preparing where members are presented to different pieces of the retail business. On consummation of the program, sucessfull YES students are talented to work in retail or begin their own retail business.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Youth between 18-34 years
– South African Matric or equivalent
– A qualification from the Retail Readiness Progamme (RRP) or a South African equivalent
