As a Customer Service Associate, what will you do?
Your goal as an Amazon Customer Service Associate is to prevent problems, respond to inquiries, and satisfy customers. As our clients’ initial point of contact in North America and the UK, you will respond to their inquiries by phone, chat, or email. This includes helping them with order and product inquiries as well as payment issues and website navigation. Utilizing an array of resources, our customer service representatives navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions while proficiently interacting with clients.
What time do you work?
Working varying hours is necessary for this position in order to accommodate consumers’ needs. There will be shifts that you work overnight, during the day, or late, and you work at least 40 hours a week, for example 4×10 hours or 5×8 hours. We schedule based on a range of varied shift patterns, functioning from Sunday to Monday for the whole 24 hours, in order to meet consumer demand. Your work schedule will be sent to you at least two weeks in advance, and shift assignments are subject to change every two weeks. You will be paid for any time you work on national holidays, should that become necessary. When your start date approaches, further details regarding your precise timetable will become available.

What credentials are you in need of?
Minimum age requirement: eighteen
possess the authority to labor in South Africa
Candidates must possess at least a Grade 12 qualification or a NQF Level 4 qualification. It is necessary to have a minimum of 50% overall and 50% in English.

familiarity with a computer
