
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Brand Ambassador/Promoter to create and increase brand awareness through maintaining pricing, shelf health, promotions and strong customer and client relationships.
As a Promoter you will be responsible for:
– Shelf health: Ensure product availability.
Check for expired and damaged stock
– Effective administration: Complete reports timeously. Manage assets and equipment (e.g. coolers, etc.)
– Customer service and satisfaction: Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution.
– Effective self-management: Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
Requirements: Grade 12. Experience of 1 to 2 years in retail, sales and promotions advantageous.
