Applications are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Warehouse Picker-Packer. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager, in the Shared Services Business Unit.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 and or qualification in warehouse management or supply chain related, will be beneficial.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Duties & Responsibilities
Assume responsibility of Warehouse picking, packing and receiving stock.
Receives invoices from OE controllers to determine what is required to be dispatched.
Sort out dispatch orders according to locations in conjunction with third party courier.
Load stock to be dispatched to Value container for dispatching.
Ensure that all items loaded match with invoice (Unless signed and instructed by warehouse manager)
Create and maintain a log of dispatched invoices
Send POD’s to OE office to be signed off i.e. POD’s collected by either customer or Sales rep.
Ensure all stock dispatched is good and quality condition.
Shrink wraps items to pallets.
Will be required from time to time to assist within warehouse duties will include put away, receiving, stock count and general housekeeping
Ensure invoices correspond what is invoiced
Complies with Statutory and Regulatory requirements
