Job Description

Perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering of phone calls, receive and direct guests to their specific destinations.
Adhoc office administration tasks as required
File and maintain records.

 

 

Scan in POD’s and invoices into the system
Generate Purchase orders for non-stock items such as stationery, groceries etc.
Collect, sort, distribute, prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries both locally and internationally.
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Ensure Zero Harm

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

Matric
Computer literate and intermediate MS Office skills
