Pepkor’s building materials division is The Building Company, which has over 180 stores and locations throughout South Africa’s major cities.
Our brands are available to the residential, commercial, and industrial markets of the construction sector as a whole. Our brands enjoy working with private and professional developers, project managers, builders, plumbers, electricians, joiners, cabinetmakers, tilers, roofing specialists, owner-builders, and home improvement professionals. Our brands have been proudly supporting our product offerings with personal and knowledgeable advice and services for more than 30 years.
We are proud of our brands, which include specialty brands Tiletoria, B-ONE, HHL Bildware, HHL Buchel, and HHL W&B Hardware as well as retail giants BUCO and Timbercity. This is a suitable position for school leavers who are seeking to gain experience within the Wholesale and Retail field. As a learner, you will be given 12 months of work place experience training by the company. This will help prepare the participant for future careers opportunities.

Requirements needed to qualify:
– South African Citizens
– Not older than the age of 35
– Passed matric and have matric certificate
– Have limited work experience
– Not have been a part of a learnership within W&R SETA learnership before
