Edupower Skills Academy offers a unique and flexible solution that precisely fulfills the principles of B-BBEE and addresses the critical needs of South Africa: reducing unemployment, upskilling the population, and creating employability and sustainable jobs.

The academy  was initially established to meet the B-BBEE skills development requirements of large corporations. It has, however, since evolved into something far greater, becoming a beacon of hope for the country. It represents the solution that South Africa needs to get back on track. With over 20 years of experience in providing B-BBEE-aligned training, our academies can accommodate learnership group sizes ranging up to 1000. Additionally, we are collaborating with churches across the province on an exciting rural project to bring skills development to rural areas.

Edupower is fully accredited and is a B-BBEE level 2 contributor that is 66% black-owned and 33% black woman-owned.

Our Accredited Learnerships: The creation of employable people

Our aim is to ensure that learners become employable and subsequently secure employment. To achieve this, we focus on learnership training that offers learners the best chance to gain employment. This training program provides a structured approach consisting of 30% classroom instruction and 70% on-the-job training.

This comprehensive program includes work experience and training in both the formal sector, such as BPO/Contact centres, and the informal sector, like entrepreneurial spaces, in South Africa. We guarantee a job offer upon the successful completion of the learnership.
