ABOUT YES PROGRAMME:
YES is the highest impact private sector youth employment programme in South Africa.
As a private sector led initiative, we tackle the country’s youth unemployment crisis by enabling businesses to create job opportunities for our unemployed youth.
We are a non-profit organisation that does not receive government funding. We collaborate with leading businesses across various sectors to offer 12-month quality work experiences for unemployed young people, helping them become the future managers, skilled professionals, and entrepreneurs who will drive the economy forward. In return, businesses benefit by gaining one or two levels up on their B-BBEE scorecard and/or integrating these efforts into their ESG strategies.
YES is entirely dedicated to partnering with businesses to create high-quality work experiences for young people. The recruitment of youth is managed by YES-affiliated implementation partners and employers.
We recognize the significance of youth employment for the economic future of our country. Therefore, we are dedicated to exploring innovative solutions that address unemployment by fostering connections between businesses, the government, and young people.
YES YOUTH – ASSISTANT_EL:
Stipend: R5 500 Per month
Exciting entry level work opportunities available (1-year program) for young individuals as Assistants in various departments at well established global organisation in the Automotive Industry.
Role requirement
Computer literacy essential; excellent communication skills, positive attitude; willingness to learn; works well in a team.
