The Trainee Program offers you the chance to learn more about the exciting world of automotive manufacture. Talented graduates who complete our 11-month Graduate Trainee Program are placed in full-time positions. You will learn about corporate, personal, and leadership development during the program, which will help you prepare for a successful career and help you cope with the working environment. After finishing successfully, you’ll move into a full-time position in the division for which you were hired.

Candidates are being sought for to become part of the VW Youth Employment Services (YES) Program. Do you have no prior work experience and are unemployed right now? This is your opportunity to obtain appropriate work experience.

With the support of YES, jobless youth will have the chance to improve their skills and contribute to the expansion of the companies where they are working.
You will receive a full year of high-quality job experience with this program.
Minimum Conditions:
Be in the age range of 18 to 29.
Grade 12, together with any extra requirements.
License to drive (Beneficial)
Pay will be revealed following the selection procedure.
