Job Specifications
In the learner role, which is a development role, the role holder will obtain work experience while earning a formal, registered qualification.
Throughout the duration of employment, the learner will be in charge of completing activities to carry out predetermined work objectives, including project work, analysis, research, administration, and process work that enhances the business area. It will be expected of the Learner to complete all qualification criteria. Further training relevant to the task will be supplied as needed.
