REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (Proof to be attached)
0-2 Years relevant experience
Able to work under pressure
Time management
Fluent in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape
Computer literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
All administrative issues pertaining to project reporting, meeting attendance, and correspondence between the Department and the Municipality fall within the purview of the capturer.
Typical administrative tasks include the following, but are not limited to them:
obtaining project data from the different departments
Project registration
Project reporting
yearly submission of a business plan
correspondence between Champions and the Department of Public Works.
Participating in workshops, information sessions, and meetings
Communicate with contractors and service providers
Get updates on your progress.
The Information Capturer will work closely with the champions to coordinate the Municipality’s execution of the EPWP.

Candidates must be willing to be subjected to an interview, practical and/or written assessment. They must also be aware that previous employers and references may be contacted, and their qualifications, credit, and criminal records be verified.
