In order to contribute to creating the best possible shopping experience throughout the holiday season, The Foschini Group is seeking fun, vivacious, enthusiastic, and dedicated seasonal employees.
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU if you have a knack for selling, love the fast-paced retail environment, and have an easy way with consumers!
Key Performance Areas:
– Serving as a spokesperson for our company and providing outstanding customer service.
– Meet and surpass customers’ expectations by determining the finest options and offering them.
– Monitoring sales performance in relation to goal actively.
– Offering a wide variety of products and staying current with fashion and décor trends.
– Looking for methods to close new business.
– Help with stock replenishment to guarantee the store is always prepared for our patrons.
Job Requirements:
– Can do attitude
– Having excellent communication and sales abilities, being a South African citizen, and having a strong passion for retail and fashion are all advantageous.
– Strong work ethic
– Sales-oriented and customer-focused
– Show initiative in achieving goals.
– Capacity to perform well under pressure.
– Effectiveness in handling client inquiries and grievances.
– Capability to work retail hours.
– Dependability in transportation.
– Need to be able to start right away
