CLINIC ADHERENCE CLUB FACILITATORS 12 MONTHS CONTRACT
Stipend: R4 448.06 per month
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent as recognised by SAQA.
1. South African Citizens only.
2. Grade 12 and in possession of a Senior Certificate.
3. Attach proof of address (The letter is obtainable from the Municipality or Ward Councilor’s office).
4.The candidate must have experience in working in or with HIV / AIDS programs.
5. Candidates should be staying within the catchment area of the clinic to which they are applying.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
– Knowledge of HIV / AIDS
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
– Establish adherence clubs with assistance of Clubs Manager and running the adherence club sessions.
– Collecting pre-dispersed Patient Medicine Parcel (PMPs).
– Registering club members.
– Facilitate the support group, checking on adherence and wellness of members, referring patients to club professional nurse if necessary, distributing PMPs.
– Registering attendance in Repeat Prescription Collection Strategies (RPCs).
– Monitoring tool and following up patients who miss sessions.
– Compile monthly Adherence Clubs’ reports.
