Job Advert Summary

Clover is seeking new talent to join the Call Centre Learnership. Successful applicants will spend the learnership period at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and attend prescribed classes. By the end of the learnership, participants will have earned the NQF qualification and gained experience in a world-class Call Centre environment.

Applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas are at an advantage. Persons with a disability are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

– Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
– Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 5 years (2019 – 2023)
– Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy
– Advanced computer literacy
– Currently unemployed
– Must not have participated in a learnership before

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-level customer service:
– Handle all inbound and outbound interactions
– Resolve queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
– Capture and confirm customer orders

Capture orders accurately and on time:

– Follow the daily call list
– Inform customers of accounts on hold
– Confirm customer orders as per standard operations procedures
– Notify relevant stakeholders of issues related to orders

 




Sell Clover and Principal products:

– Offer new or additional products, highlighting features and special offers

Promote teamwork and cooperation:

– Assist team members in achieving team results
– Share responsibility to complete tasks
– Support team values
– Participate in team meetings
– Take responsibility for visual management of information
