Requirements:
– Grade 12, no prior experience required.
– Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and others, will be considered a bonus.
– Effective Communication.
– Recognizing the rules, regulations, and policies of the public service. understanding of the fundamental terms of employment.
– Possession of a driver’s license and knowledge of the education sector will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
– Utilize spreadsheets to collect data for the purpose of processing payments for School Health and Lifeskills beneficiaries who have contracts with schools and Circuit Management Centers.
– Verify payments made on a monthly basis, handle bank and system rejections, and keep an eye on the right beneficiaries being paid to the right banks.
– Make sure the contracts for school health beneficiaries are kept safe.
– Create a database listing all contracted beneficiaries along with the specifics of the CMCs and/or schools that they are contracted to.
– Make sure that every piece of information is accurate, substantiated, and confirmed.
– Maintain backup copies and copies of the paperwork you submit to get paid for stipends according to conventional archive practices. Coordinate monthly reports with the clusters.
– Maintain a database of the Soul Buddyz and Peer Education Clubs in the schools.
