REQUIREMENTS:
Aged between 18 to 28 years old
Matric (Preferable)
Available and willing to work a fixed term 12-month contract
Must not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year
Should not be studying full time in the year of employment (April 24– March 25)
Should not have participated or been registered on the YES programme before
Accommodation and transportation for the applicants own account (if applicable)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Make sure the order is delivered to the right customer, on schedule, and in the desired condition.
Take care of client collections
Put together things for customers
Make sure the consumer signs the POD and correct the documentation.
Show your customers that you are willing to go above and beyond.
emptying and filling
Receiving, inspecting, storing, and selecting
Stock count and cycle count
Items that the customer returns are packaged, labeled, and kept apart.
MPODs are stored in one location.
Help QA inspect or fix consumer items
Keeping the warehouse clean
fix and put together a customer’s purchase
Counting and distributing the tools
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Matric, tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Customer service experience
Must be preparing to work under pressure and extra hours
Warehouse and Distribution Centre experience
