This is a permanent employment opportunity complemented by a two-year skills training program specifically designed to develop future leaders. Applicants must complete their undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2024. The program begins on February 1, 2025.
The program provides graduates with a comprehensive experience of our business, including mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job training, all while earning a full salary and enjoying the benefits of full-time employment. At the end of the two years, participants will transition into a destination role within the organization. Following the successful completion of the graduate program, there will be opportunities to apply for more challenging assignments both locally and internationally, aimed at building expertise and leadership capabilities.

Programme Requirements:
– Must have less than 2 years of work experience post-studies.
– Must be 26 years old or younger.
– South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalization, or permanent resident. However, citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
– Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate in completed or most recent academic results.
– Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc, B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
– A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
– Electrical/Electronic Engineering
– Computer Software Engineering
– Information Systems/Information Technology
Internship Programme
The Vodacom Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract that provides workplace experience supported by a carefully designed training program. It offers valuable work experience, career exploration, professional networking, and an income.
This program serves as a pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or transitions into permanent roles as opportunities arise. Applicants must complete their undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2024. Start dates are February 1 and March 1, 2025.
Programme Objective:
– Develop a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for core business areas within Vodacom.
– Create opportunities for unemployed graduates with the required qualifications to develop competencies in the digital techco environment.
